Be a part of
- Building and shaping Parametrix’s media, brand strategy locally and across the globe and for all products
- Creating the marketing team from scratch
- Joining the early stages of creating and executing our marketing brand and strategy and growing with the team
- Finding creative ways to reach our target customers
- Communicating with our global team and executing collaboratively cross-functional projects
- Managing media contracts and content
- An amazing team and insurtech startup innovating in an exploding industry
The ideal skill set
- 8+ years of marketing experience including media management, producing content, managing and planning marketing strategy
- You want to work in a fast, high growth startup environment with collaborative company culture
- You are self-driven, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have strong project management and team management experience
- You are highly analytical, and use data and monitoring tools to optimize and analyze results
- You have experience with a broad range of campaigns such as brand awareness, new product launches etc.
- You know how to plan a structured marketing strategy for each product in the company, understand different stakeholders and lead marketing team
- You have high negotiation skills
- You are an English native speaker
- You have previous experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other marketing tools
