We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner (our 1st!) to join our HR team and boost our recruiting efforts. and be a significant part of our growth!
Be part of
- Strategize and execute different ways to build talent pipelines, based on market research, such as referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to the feedback stage.
- Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source using diverse online channels to discover the best potential talent
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
The ideal skill set
- At least 2 years experience as a recruiter in a Hi-tech company
- Experience utilizing sourcing tools and technologies (boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong English, both verbal and written- a must
- Experience in technological recruiting - advantage
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
