- Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to the feedback stage.
- Strategize and execute different ways to build talent pipelines, based on market research, such as referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source using diverse online channels to discover the best potential talent.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets.
- Own and lead recruitment projects end to end.
The ideal skill set
- At least 2 years experience as a recruiter in a Hi-tech company
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting in general
- Experience utilizing sourcing tools and technologies (boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong English, both verbal and written- a must
- Experience in technological recruiting - advantage
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
