  • Building and shaping Parametrix’s media, brand strategy locally and across the globe and for all products
  • Joining the early stages of creating and executing our marketing brand and strategy and growing with the team
  • Finding creative ways to reach our target customers
  • Communicating with our global team and executing collaboratively cross-functional projects
  • Managing media contracts and content

The Ideal Skill Set
  • You want to work in a fast, high growth startup environment with collaborative company culture
  • 8+ years of marketing experience including media management, producing content, managing and planning marketing strategy
  • You are self-driven, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong project management and team management experience
  • You are highly analytical, and use data and monitoring tools to optimize and analyze results
  • You have experience with a broad range of campaigns such as brand awareness, new product launches etc.
  • You know how to plan a structured marketing strategy for each product in the company, understand different stakeholders and lead marketing team
  • You have high negotiation skills
  • You are an English native speaker
  • You have previous experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other marketing tools
Bonus Points
  • Experience in B2B/cyber/financial products 
  • You have hands-on content creation experience
